  • Chopping Board

  • 4 pcs Garlic minced
  • 2 long Red Chili's sliced into thin rings ( not the "Red-hot" ones )
  • 1/2 - 1 Onion finely chopped
  • Grated Cheddar

  • Packaged Crap

  • 250ml Beer ( or wine if you have class ) never use Lite, Bud, Millers, other crappy beer and any beer from the US

  • 1 kan of Red Kidney Beans drained and rinsed

  • Method

Chuck the onions into some hot oil fry until the onion/you weep

Add the red chili & minced garlic cook until the chilis soften ( quite quick as they are thin )

Put in all the seasonings except for Silly Sauce, fry for a few mins if it dries out add a tad of beer

Add the beef and fry up a bit... add beer and reduce quickly around 25%

Add garlic paste, salsa/toms, kidney beans and refried beans (if desired)

Bring to a boil and immediately turn down v.low until a bubble or 2 breaks on top, cover and simmer upto 15mins or not at all.

I like to cool it off and reheat when hungry or you can eat straight away..

-Don't forget to splinkle the CHEEESE

    *Pbrain's Silly Sauce

  • 1 pt Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 pt Lea & Perrins
  • 1/2 pt Tabasco ( or to heat taste )

  • Alt: Add Ketchup and omit Balsamic for "Pbrain's Silly Samosa Dip" version.
Someday man should learn how to enjoy liberty without license, nourishment without gluttony, and pleasure without debauchery. Self-control is a better human policy of behavior regulation than is extreme self-denial.
